THE SOUL CRAFTING PROGRAM

WHO IS IT FOR?

The Soul Crafting Program is for dreamers and visionaries who desire to transform and revitalize their lives.

WHAT'S THE APPROACH?

The Soul Crafting Program is a blended coaching and educational experience. After the initial session, I will create a proposal that outlines how the program will get you from where you are, to where you want to be. I will be specific about the topics and concepts we will be exploring, and potential tools or activities that can be utilized. Throughout the program, we will check in with the progress, and adjust and plan accordingly; without sacrificing your goals.

☞ I don’t believe that one size fits all, and I’ve been guided to customize an experience, using my ‘MEE Method’ (Mindset, Embodiment, Energy). The MEE Method is adaptable, flexible, and accounts for the natural flow of life. It also supports my therapeutic, trauma-informed, body-centered, and intentional approach.

☞ Before the initial appointment you will be provided with a pre-coaching questionnaire to clarify and uncover where you are, and what you want to create in our work together.

☞ During the initial session, we’ll begin to define your why, and explore current struggles and circumstances, strategies, and goals. This will be the foundation/container to collaborate on the best path to meet your goals and design your beautiful and aligned life.

☞ I work from a model that believes that everything you need is already within you, my role as a Guide is to guide you back to that knowing and truth, that exists within you.  As you remember your true Self,  the guidance to creating a life you’re excited about will be revealed to you. 

☞ This container is created with intention, how long we work together is partially dependent on your needs and desires. However, a minimum of 8 weeks commitment is required to work with me within The Soul Crafting Program.

HOW OFTEN DO WE MEET?

☞ Generally, sessions are virtual, and scheduled on an as-needed basis, which we will discuss during the initial call.  Whether that's weekly, bi-weekly or monthly, I work with the schedule that will best support you.

☞ For those in the local area (NYC), there is possibility for in-person sessions. 

☞ Additionally, in-between sessions, you will have access to me via text or audio messages. Together, we will decide which platform we will utilize to communicate.

WHAT IS THE INVESTMENT?

The investment into The Soul Crafting Program is $811. This includes your entry for at least eight weeks in our sacred and intentional space for your expansion. 

At the time of signing up and scheduling your initial session, you will be responsible for a payment of $104, which is the value of a single coaching session. The remaining balance of $707 will be due after the initial session, at the time of signing the program’s agreement. The program’s agreement will lay out all of the details we agreed to during the initial session, which includes the payment arrangement agreed upon.

OKAYYY SO, WHAT’S THE NEXT STEP ?

☞ Ready to commit? Sign up and schedule your initial appointment so we can get started. Once you choose the meeting time, you will be taken to a screen where you will be asked to fill out the intake form.  Within twenty-four hours of submitting the intake form, you will receive specific information, via email, to prepare you for our first session.

The information from these questions will allow me to prepare for our time together. Please give yourself time to go through the intake questions. You can also come back later to fill out the form, or update it.  Your confirmation email will contain a button for you to “Complete/Edit Form.”

Please note that when you are scheduling, it’s for the initial appointment only. During our initial call, we will decide how often we will meet, the day and time, and how (in person or via zoom/FT, etc).
