Dialogues Between Me: Embrace the Flow State

Let’s explore my mind, where contrasting voices engage in a timeless dialogue. Imagine this somber conversation between the pessimistic echoes of my ego and the enlightening whispers of my higher self.

As this intimate conversation unfolds, a message emerges, one filled with clarity and an optimistic outlook.

“I’m not going to let up on this.“

That’s what I said in response to my inner critic’s inquiry about how long I think I’d keep up with all the amazing things I have been creating.

I continued to witness the thoughts.

Then this message streamed through me:

“I’m going to allow the flow. I’m going to allow feedback. I’m going to keep saying yes to doing this.

This feels in flow.

Working on the Substack for Free Spirit Dispatch. About to create the Substack for Remember Me, like — this feels in flow.

It feels cool.

This is something I’ve been dreaming up for years and now have clarity on. It’s not even like I am doing anything, I am simply Being.

I think that as long as I keep saying yes to the flow until there’s tension created. Until there’s a choice for me to make.

Then I can just keep going with this flow and see where this takes me.

And if where it takes me is to the crossroads of, “Do I continue with this” or “Do I try something new, and I let this go,” then that’s where it takes me.

But for now, I’m going to just keep enjoying the flow.

Enjoying the flow from moment to moment. Choice to choice.

Until there’s tension.

And the tension will only be letting me know that it’s time for a change.

That something isn’t working!

And from there — I will figure out what’s not working and make a decision from there.

As I replayed that vision in my mind, I thought —

That’s a beautiful way to look at life.

I think it’s a beautiful message.

It was a vision I got about the journey. About flow.

And about just continuing with the journey. Not getting caught up in what if, what if, what if.

Forget what if.

Just keep going. Keep saying yes. And when your flow gets interrupted, and there’s tension, that’s when you start to wonder what if.

What if, right?!

Because now you have a choice to make.

You have options because that block — that tension that is now created– this stop! Is saying that something’s not working.

And it’s up to you, now, to decide how to move forward from that.

But until then, enjoy the flow.

Don’t get caught up in your expectations.
