  • The community forum is hosted on WhatsApp, where members can join different channels for various topics. It's a space for discussion, support, and building connections with other members. Guidelines for participation and the join link are available on our website.

  • Absolutely! We value your feedback and suggestions to continuously improve The Cave experience. You can submit your feedback through the "Feedback & Support" section on our website.

  • The Cave membership is a one-time fee for lifetime access, so there is no recurring charge to cancel. If you decide the membership isn't right for you, you can stop using the resources at any time, but refunds are not available.

  • We offer an introductory one-time fee of $99 for founding members, providing lifetime access to The Cave. This price may increase in the future, but early members will be grandfathered in at the introductory rate.

  • All exclusive content and resources will be available through the member's area on our website. You will receive login details upon joining, and you can access everything from the Resource Center and other designated sections.

  • Once a month, you'll have the opportunity to book a one-on-one session with Charliie. This offering is only available to members. These sessions are personalized using intuition, tarot and oracle cards, and sun/moon transit information to provide you with tailored guidance and support. The schedule opens the last week of each month and the sessions take place during the first week of the next month. There is a fee for this offering.

  • Anyone is welcome to join! You don’t need to be anything to join except for a human body with a welcoming energy and an open heart.

  • Absolutely! The Cave is designed to support individuals at all stages of their spiritual journey. Whether you're just starting out or have been on this path for years, you'll find valuable resources and a supportive community here.

  • Because of the virtual nature of these offerings, refunds are not permitted and will not be issued under any circumstances. If you decide you need to cancel your membership, you can do so at any time. After your plan's status is canceled, you will automatically be removed from the subscription and revoked access to all content. On the other hand you can just stop using the resource but keep access, since you have invested in lifetime access.
